Opis

Villa Vrt is a newly built holiday home, located in the heart of Istria. From here, you can reach anything in Istria within 30 minutes.
The nearest beach is only a 15 minute drive away, there are numerous restaurant all around, and the nearest supermarket is a 10 minute drive from the house.
The garden is completely private and surrounded with a 1.8 meter high fence. There is a swimming pool (8 meters x 4 meters and 1.5 meters deep) with sunbeds,
a large outside dining table and charcoal grill.

The kitchen, living room and dining room are connected into one large open area. Everything is on the ground floor. 
There are two bedrooms. The first one has a large double bed, the second one has two single beds, and with the living room sofa there is room for 6 people.
The bathroom has a shower closure and a washing machine.

The house can be easily reached, and we will send you detailed arriving instructions. Private and safe parking is ensured on the property.

Wir hatten eine wunderschöne Zeit. Selbst mein sonst total unruhiger Hund konnte hier entspannen. Das Haus hat alles, was man braucht und der Garten mit seinem Pool einfach traumhaft. Für die späte Jahreszeit ist es im Haus etwas kalt, aber mit einer Wärmflasche im Bett ist das Problem schnell gelöst. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Wir haben 11Tage in der Unterkunft verbracht. Dragan war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Die Unterkunft entsprach der Beschreibung und war sehr gepflegt.

Ein absoluter Traumurlaub! Wir hatten eine wundervolle Zeit in diesem Ferienhaus in Kroatien! Schon bei der Ankunft wurden wir herzlich vom Besitzer empfangen, der direkt nebenan wohnt und jederzeit freundlich und hilfsbereit zur Seite stand. Das Haus selbst ist top ausgestattet – es hat wirklich an nichts gefehlt. Es gibt eine Filter-Kaffeemaschine, Toaster, Wasserkocher und einen Sandwichtoaster. Nur die angegebene Spülmaschine ist nicht vorhanden. Alle Fenster haben Insektenschutz und Fensterläden. Alles war sehr sauber und gepflegt, besonders der Pool, der täglich gereinigt wurde und in dem wir viele schöne Stunden verbracht haben. Der Garten ist ein echtes Highlight – großzügig, komplett eingezäunt (perfekt für unseren Hund!) und mit allem ausgestattet, was das Herz begehrt: Tischtennisplatte, Trampolin und viel Platz zum Entspannen. Die fünf Sonnenliegen stehen alle unterm Vordach und somit hat jeder auch Schatten, wenn gewünscht. Für Familien, Hundebesitzer ideal!

You have everything you need, especially with Kids! The Pool area is clean and comfortable, a really big garden. Despite the close motorway, its pretty silent. The aktualisiert housekeeper is really nice and helpful. We will come again for sure.
